Appointments are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit to complete any necessary paperwork.
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend their appointment may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee.
A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your treatment total.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment to ensure quality care and to avoid delaying other scheduled clients.
All new clients must complete a consultation before receiving injectable treatments. Treatment recommendations are based on your medical history, facial assessment, and aesthetic goals.
Individual results vary. While every effort is made to achieve your desired outcome, no specific results can be guaranteed. Some treatments may require multiple sessions for optimal results.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical information, including medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and any changes in their health.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept approved forms of payment as listed by the practice.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we ask that children and additional guests not accompany you into treatment rooms unless previously approved.
All services provided are non-refundable. Products purchased may only be returned if they are unopened and eligible under manufacturer guidelines.
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment to document progress. These images remain confidential and will only be used for educational or marketing purposes with your written consent.
